What is this notice?
- Advertising an MP signing a certificate of vacancy which has been handed to the Speaker
- Advertising an alternative MP to speak on behalf of the Speaker if he/she is unable to fulfil his/her duty

Who places this notice?
- The speaker
- Any one of 3-7 MPs appointed by the Speaker to replace him in the event he/she is absent
- Any minister of the Crown responsible for laying an order before parliament
