The Law Society is aiming to take away the uncertainty that may prevent people from making a will by creating an infographic guide to what your solicitor will ask once they have been appointed.

And to address concerns associated with the cost of making a will, throughout March 2015, Age UK (and a number of other charities) is taking part in 'Free wills month' for those age 55 and over to have a basic will written or updated by a participating solicitor, free of charge.
