Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held at the office of Robson Laidler LLP, Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ on 20 December 2013 at 10.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and how the property of the Company has been disposed of, hearing any further explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidator, and to determine whether the Liquidator should be granted his release under Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at the above address no later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting.
