I, Matthew Chadwick, licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IP No. 9311) of BDO LLP, 1 Bridgewater Place, Water Lane, Leeds, LS11 5RU was appointed Joint Liquidator of Hemway Consultancies Limited on 16 April 2013 together with Christopher Wood of Clough Corporate Solutions, New Chartford House, Centurion Way, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, BD19 3QB.

In accordance with Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and pursuant to Rule 4.125 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 notice is hereby given summoning a final meeting of creditors on 14 October 2013 at the offices of BDO LLP, 1 Bridgewater Place, Water Lane, Leeds, LS11 5RU at 10.00 am.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the Liquidator’s final report on the administration of the liquidation, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators and to determine whether the Liquidators should have their release under Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Creditors are required to lodge proxies and proofs in order to be entitled to vote at the meeting by 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the date and time of the meeting detailed above.
