Notice is hereby given, as required by Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a meeting of creditors is to take place. The meeting will be held at PCR, St Martin’s House, The Runway, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 6SE at 11.00 am on 25 September 2013 .

The meeting has been summoned by the liquidators for the purpose of creditors to consider and vote on the basis of remuneration of the liquidators pursuant to Rule 4.127 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 and will consider the following resolution:

1. That the liquidators’ remuneration be based on time properly spent by the liquidators and their staff in attending to matters arising in the liquidation and that the liquidators’ fees may be drawn on account, when required, from funds realised in the liquidation.

Creditors who wish to vote at the meeting must ensure their proxies, and hitherto unlodged proofs, are lodged at PCR, St Martin’s House, The Runway, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 6SE by no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the meeting.

Mark Phillips and Solomon Cohen (IP No’s: 9320 and 1751) of PCR, St Martin’s House, The Runway, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 6SE were appointed joint liquidators of the above named by the Secretary of State with effect from 15 November 2012.
