NOTICE OF COMMON LAW DISCLAIMER

1. In this Notice the following shall apply:

Individual’s Name: CHRISTOPHER JONES (In Bankruptcy).

Property/Asset: Lease dated 15 December 2006 between (1) Punch Taverns (Pubs) Limited and (2) Christopher Jones & Rosemary Jones, relating to The Dog & Partridge Hotel, Manchester Road, Paddington, Warrington WA1 3TZ, registered with HM Land Registry under leasehold title number CH580117 (including fixtures, fittings and stock).

Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of PO Box 70165, London WC1A 9HG (DX 123240 Kingsway).

2. The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the Bankrupt’s share of the above leasehold property vested when the Trustee in Bankruptcy disclaimed his interest in it on 19 June 2013 pursuant to section 315 of the Insolvency Act 1996 (Warrington County Court No 361 2010) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the Bankrupt’s share of the aforementioned property, the vesting of which having come to his notice on 26 June 2013.
