TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Council of the London Borough of Lewisham hereby gives NOTICE that it proposes to make an order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of:
Part of the existing carriageway and footway in the southern element of Reaston Street, London SE14 between its junction with Monson Road and its junction with Avonley Road.
THE PROPOSED ORDER is to enable the narrowing of Reaston Street, London, SE14 and the realignment of the carriageway and footway on Reaston Street as part of Phase 4 of the Kender Estate redevelopment, in accordance with:
- a the planning consent granted by the London Borough of Lewisham and issued on 18 March 2013 under registration no DC/12/79828.
- b the drawings submitted as part of the application for the above consent.
Copies of the draft order and relevant planS may be inspected at all reasonable hours during the 28 days commencing on Friday 14th June 2013 at the offices stated below (please telephone 020 8314 2160 or 2570 before calling).
ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order within the period of 28 days commencing on Friday 14th June 2013 by notice to the London Borough of Lewisham at the said offices.
(In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it).
