Argent Projects No.2

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that Argent Estates Limited retired on 29 November 2012, as a Partner in the Partnership known as Argent Projects No.2, of 5 Albany Courtyard, Piccadilly, London W1J 0HF (the “Partnership”).

Notice is further hereby given that on 29 November 2012, Argent Group Plc became a Partner of the Partnership. Argent Group Plc, together with Michael Ian Freeman, Peter Geoffrey Freeman, Roger Nigel Madelin, David John Gratiaen Partridge, Anthony Jan Giddings, Stephen Tillman, Gary John Taylor and Aubyn James Sugden Prower will continue the Partnership under the same name of Argent Projects No.2, of 5 Albany Courtyard, Piccadilly, London W1J 0HF.
