Duffy Labels Limited (Company No 6556177) hereby gives notice that it intends to trade as “Baron Jon” and/or “London Retail Trading” and any derivatives thereof, being a similar name of London Retail Trading Limited and prohibited names pursuant to Legislation section: Section 216 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 .

Wayne Selt of 35 Camlet Way, Hadley Wood, Barnet EN4 0LJ gives notice to all Creditors of London Retail Trading Limited (Company No 07164393) that he was a Director and/or involved in the Management of London Retail Trading Ltd (Company No 07164393) during the 12 months ending with the day it went into administration and he is intending to continue to and will act in one or more ways to which Legislation section: Section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, applies in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying out of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of London Retail Trading Ltd (Company No 07164393) on the day it went into administration through Duffy Labels Limited (Company No 6556177) trading as “Baron Jon” and/or “London Retail Trading” and any derivatives thereof.
