Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having any interest in the above named Occupational Pension Schemes is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to Mr R Jakubowski, Pitmans LLP, 1 Crown Court, 66 Cheapside, London EC2V 6LR, acting on behalf of the liquidators of Amenco (Poole) Limited by 25 September 2012, after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Schemes among persons entitled thereto, having regard only to claims and interests of which they had notice and will not, with respect to the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
