THE MULGREW FAMILY ACCUMULATION & MAINTENANCE TRUST 2003

Pursuant to Section 36(1) of the Trustee Act 1925, Gary Steven Mulgrew (“Mr Mulgrew”) being the Settlor and one of the trustees of the Mulgrew Family Accumulation & Maintenance Trust 2003 (“the Trust”) intends to remove Laura Murray Mulgrew (“Ms Mulgrew”) as a trustee of the Trust for the reasons that Ms Mulgrew is unfit and/or incapable of carrying out her responsibilities as a trustee of the Trust and appoint Messrs Mark Mulgrew and Michael Mulgrew in Ms Mulgrew’s place.
