THE HARINGEY (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING OUTSIDE SCHOOLS) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 2012

  • 1 The ‘Council’ of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
  • 2 The general effect of the Orders will be to:
    • a introduce double yellow lines at the following locations:

Beech Drive, N2, both sides, extend existing double yellow lines at junction with Twyford Avenue by 2 metres; Braemar Road, N15, all sides of the cul-de-sac at the rear of Nos. 1 to 46 Helston Court; Burlington Road, N10, at its junction with Tetherdown; Burlington Road, N17, the west side, from its junction with Stirling Road to its junction with Liston Road; Cranley Gardens, N10, outside Nos. 103 and 105; Devonshire Road, N17, the north side, at its junction with Devonshire Hill Lane and outside No. 33; Devonshire Hill Lane, N17, (a) at its junction with Devonshire Road and outside No. 80, (b) the south side, at its junction with Rowland Hill Avenue; Elsden Road, N17, at its junction with Lordship Lane; Etheldene Avenue, N10, at its junction with Rookfield Avenue; Fordington Road, N6, at the bend outside No. 34a; Forster Road, N17, at the entrance to the rear of No. 33; Fife Road, N22, outside No. 5; Gisburn Road, N8, the south side, outside Nos. 27 and 29 and the side of No. 30 Church Lane; High Cross Road, N15, (a) outside No. 87, (b) opposite Nos. 81 to 85b; (c) at the cul-de-sac east of No. 81 (includes no loading at any time restrictions), (d) at its junction with Cape Road; Hillfield Park Mews, N8, (a) the south-east side, (b) the north-west side, at its junction with Hillfield Park and at the rear of Nos. 98/100 Muswell Hill Broadway; Hillfield Park, N8, at its junction with Hillfield Park Mews; Homecroft Road, N22, outside Nos. 20 to 26; Kemble Road, N17, (a) the entire east side, (b) the west side, from northern extremity to northern wall of Marlborough Court; Liston Road, N17, (a) the entire south side, (b) the north side, from its junction with Burlington Road to the rear of No. 2 Lansdowne Road; Park Lane, N17, (a) the south side, outside Nos. 102 to 108, (b) the south side, at its junction with St. Paul’s Road; (c) the north side, outside No. 149; Russell Lane, N15, (a) at its junction with the access roads opposite No. 69 and the access road leading to the rear of Nos. 2 to 40 Russell Road; (b) at its junction with Southey Road; (c) at the junction of the northernmost and easternmost arms of Russell Road; Southey Road, N15, (a) at its junction with Southey Road; (b) at the cul-de-sac; Stamford Close, N15, the north side, at its junction with Stamford Road; Stamford Road, N15, (a) the east side, at its junction with Stamford Close, (b) at the junction of the main arm of Stamford Road and the arm fronting Nos. 2 to 48 Markfield House; Suffolk Road, N15, all that is public highway; Tariff Road, N17, the east side, extending lines north of junction with Brantwood Road; St. Paul’s Road, N17, at its junction with Park Lane; Somerford Grove, N17, the east side, at its junction with Park Lane; Stirling Road, N17, the south side, from junction with Burlington Road to opposite No. 1; Pages Lane, N10, (a) the north-west side, between its junction with Colney Hatch Lane and its junction with Creighton Avenue, (b) the south-east side, at the entrances to Chester House and Muswell Hill Methodist Church; (c) the south-east side, opposite Nos. 31 and 33 and its junction with Creighton Avenue; Lordship Lane, N17, (a) at its junction with Elsden Road, (b) at its junction with Newlyn Road; Newlyn Road, N17, (a) at its junction with Lordship Lane, (b) at its junction with Pembury Road and outside Nos. 54 and 56; Pembury Road, N17, at its junction with Newlyn Road; Rowland Hill Avenue, N17, at its junction with Devonshire Hill Lane, (b) at its junction with White Hart Lane; Tetherdown, N10 at its junction with Burlington Road; White Hart Lane, N17, extending lines outside No. 432 by 2.5 metres;

  • 3 Copies of the proposed Orders, the Orders being amended and of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and effects of the Orders may be inspected during from the date on which this Notice is published, during normal office working hours at Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 2nd Floor (North), 225 High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ.
  • 4 Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 2nd Floor (North), 225 High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ within 21 days of the date on which this Notice is published.
