Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final meeting of the creditors of Countrywide Mortgages & Loans Ltd will be held at the offices of RSM Tenon Recovery, Unit 1, Calder Close, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF4 3BA on 30 November 2011 at 10.00am for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, to receive any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator and to pass certain resolutions.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
