I, Stefano Zicchi, of Walnut Lodge, Thicket Road, Houghton, Huntingdon PE328 2BQ was a Office holder capacity: Director of Synergy Pro Ltd during the last 12 months ending with the day before the date of Liquidation. Pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.228 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986, we give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more ways specified in Legislation section: section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 in connection withy, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the name Synergy Pro Ltd.
