Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Blackstone Real Estate Holdings (Offshore) VI L.P. transferred to Blackstone Real Estate Holdings (Offshore) VI-ESC L.P., 63.2% of the interest held by it in Blackstone Real Estate Partners VI-VD L.P. being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP NO. 014404 (the “Partnership”), and on that date Blackstone Real Estate Holdings (Offshore) VI-ESC L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
