TDR Capital II ‘A’ L.P.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 15 August 2011 Tudor BVI TDR Investment II Ltd. transferred a portion of its interest held in TDR Capital II ‘A’ L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with number LP011359 (the “Partnership”), including its capital contribution of EUR 375.00 as follows:

(i) EUR 93.23 to Adams Street Partnership Fund - 2009 Non-U.S. Developed Markets Fund, L.P.; (ii) EUR 54.84 to Adams Street Partnership Fund - 2010 Non-U.S. Developed Markets Fund, L.P.; (iii) EUR 50.20 to Adams Street 2011 Non-US Developed Markets Fund LP; and (iv) EUR 176.73 to Adams Street Global Opportunities Secondary Fund II (3rd Edition) LLC.

Accordingly, with effect from that date, Adams Street Partnership Fund - 2009 Non-U.S. Developed Markets Fund, L.P., Adams Street Partnership Fund - 2010 Non-U.S. Developed Markets Fund, L.P., Adams Street 2011 Non-US Developed Markets Fund LP and Adams Street Global Opportunities Secondary Fund II (3rd Edition) LLC were admitted as limited partners to the Partnership and Tudor BVI TDR Investment II Ltd. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership in respect of such interests transferred.
