Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the above mentioned section this day cancelled the registration of Beechdale Community Housing Association Limited (Register No 28103R), the registered office of which is at Chilton House, Stephenson Avenue, Walsall WS2 7EU at its request following its amalgamation with Friendship Care and Housing Association Limited (Register No 14713R) to form Friendship Care and Housing Limited (Register No 31247R).

The Society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered Society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
