INSOLVENT LIQUIDATION OF A BVI REGISTERED COMPANY

On June 2nd, 2009, the above-named company, whose registered office is at Coverdale Trust Services Limited, 30 De Castro Street, Simmonds Building, P.O. Box 4519, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands was placed into liquidation and Nicholas Carter (license no: INSOL/PL-F/07/020) was appointed Liquidator.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before August 22nd, 2011 (the last date for proving), to send their proofs of debt in writing to the undersigned Nicholas Carter of PricewaterhouseCoopers (BVI) Limited, Palm Grove House, 2nd Floor, P.O. Box 4654, Wickhams Cay, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands VG1110, the Liquidator of the company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.

It should be noted that, after the last date for proving, the Liquidator intends to declare a distribution to the creditors, and will do so without further regard to creditors’ claims which were not proved by that date.
