Cornerstone Private Equity Fund L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 24 May 2011 Blossom Investments Limited transferred and assigned to Coburn & Associates Blossom Investments Limited, 100 per cent, of Blossom Investments Limited’s limited partnership interest in Cornerstone Private Equity Fund L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP12906, and that, with effect from 24 May 2011, Blossom Investments Limited ceased to be a limited partner and Coburn & Associates Blossom Investments Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership.
