Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Moore Stephens LLP, 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD18 0GX, on 15 April 2011, at 11.00 am for the purpose of having a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of creditors of the company and the estimated amount of their claims, laid before them, and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a Liquidator. Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated in terms of fees and disbursements (including those as categorised in the Statement of Insolvency Practice 9, Category 2) and a Resolution conferring upon the duly appointed Liquidator the powers contained in Schedule 4 Part 1 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The meeting may receive information about or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting. To be entitled to vote creditors must lodge a full statement of account and unless claiming personally they must also submit a proxy which must be lodged not later than 12.00 noon on the preceding business day at the registered office - 3/5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Herts, WD18 0GX. A secured creditor is entitle to vote only in respect of the balance (if any) of their debt after deducting the value of their security as estimated by them. Notice is also given, pursuant to Section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that David Rolph and Michael Finch of Moore Stephens LLP, 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD18 0GX, are qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the above company and will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the above company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
