Notice is hereby given to correct a statement previously made by the general partner of the above named limited partnership (itself acting by its general partner), as published in the edition of the London Gazette dated 22 September 2009 (the “ 2009 Notice ”). The 2009 Notice mistakenly refers to The Endowment Master Fund, L.P. acting by its custodian JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. having become a limited partner in Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners III, L.P. (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with No LP013058) (the “ Partnership ”), further to a transfer of custody of certain assets of The Endowment Master Fund, L.P. (“ Endowment ”) to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. In fact no such transfer of custody occurred with respect to Endowment’s interests in the Partnership and accordingly such part of the 2009 Notice as refers to The Endowment Master Fund, L.P. acting by its custodian JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. having become a limited partner in the Partnership should be disregarded. This does not affect and is without prejudice to the other statements made in the 2009 Notice, in particular JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as custodian for The Endowment Master Fund, L.P. having become a limited partner in a separate limited partnership, Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners II, L.P.
