Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that effective as on 1 October 2009 CGNU Life Assurance Limited and Commercial Union Life Assurance Company Limited each transferred to Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited (an existing limited partner) all of the interest held by them in RL Private Equity Fund (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP8491 and that with effect from such date CGNU Life Assurance Limited and Commercial Union Life Assurance Company Limited each ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
