WINDING UP OF WATMOUGHS (HOLDINGS) PLC PENSION SCHEME

WATMOUGHS (HOLDINGS) PLC PENSION SCHEME (THE “SCHEME”)

Pursuant to section 27 of Trustee Act 1925, the Trustee gives notice that the Scheme is being wound-up in accordance with its governing provisions. The Trustees will be sending notices to all known members of the Scheme in accordance with the requirements of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1996. If you believe that you are entitled to benefits from the Scheme, you should write to John Burton, Friends Provident Life and Pensions Ltd, Pixham End, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1QA Tel No: 0845 2683737 to make a claim for benefits and to ensure you receive a copy of the notice referred to above. At the end of the two month period following publication of this notice the Trustee of the Scheme will proceed to apply the assets of the Scheme to secure benefits for known Scheme members. If you have received or receive a notice from the Trustee concerning the winding-up of the Scheme, there is no need to respond to this notice.
