THE A35 TRUNK ROAD (GAMMONS HILL, KILMINGTON, DEVON) (50 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2010

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT gives notice that he made this Order on 16 February 2010, coming into force on 26 February 2010, on the A35 Trunk Road (“A35”) at Kilmington in the District of East Devon, in the County of Devon. The notice of the proposal to make it (reference HA 28/3/183) was published in issue no 59298 of the London Gazette on 6 January 2010 and the effect of the Order is as described in that notice.

A COPY of the made Order, of a plan illustrating the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the South West Highways Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services joint ventures, Rockbeare Quarry, Exeter EX5 2HB and during opening hours at The Post Office, West Street, Axminster, Devon EX13 5NU. They may also be obtained by application to the Highways Agency, Network Delivery and Development Directorate, Zone 2/06K, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6HA or e-mail toswbs@highways.gsi.gov.uk, quoting reference HA 28/3/183.
