Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 8 February 2010 it made this Order which will

• a amend the operational times of the existing Bus Lanes in Yeading Lane, and Coldharbour Lane Hayes as set out in Schedule 1 below to become operational 7.00 am to 10.00am and 4.00pm to 7.00pm Monday to Friday;
• b amend the operational times of the existing eastbound Bus Lanes in Uxbridge Road between Delamere Road and the boundary with the London Borough of Ealing as set out in Schedule 2 below to become operational 7.00am to 10.00am and 4.00pm to 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am and 6.00pm Saturday and Sunday
• c amend the length of the eastbound bus lane in Uxbridge Road between Delamere Road and the Ossie Garvin Roundabout(junction The Parkway and Uxbridge Road, Hayes) as set out in Schedule 3 below.

A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 18 February 2010 can be seen at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours by appointment, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Order can be obtained from Environment and Consumer Protection Group, telephone number 01895 277014. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.

Schedule 1

BUS LANE CURRENTLY OPERATIONAL 7.00 AM TO 10.00AM AND 4.00PM TO 7.00PM MONDAY TO SATURDAY

Yeading Lane, Hayes, southwestbound with-flow lane, between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 24 and 26 Yeading Lane and a point 140 metres south-west of this point.

BUS LANE CURRENTLY OPERATIONAL AT ALL TIMES

Yeading Lane, Northbound with-flow lane, between a point in line with the common boundary of No. 1 Owen Road and No. 1 Hughenden Gardens (The borough boundary) and a point 10 metres southwards.

Yeading Lane, Southbound with-flow lane, between a point 33 metres north of the northern kerbline of Dunedin Way and a point 1.5 metres south of the common boundary of Nos. 248 and 250 Yeading Lane, Hayes.

BUS LANE CURRENTLY OPERATIONAL 7.00 AM TO 10.00AM AND 4.00PM TO 7.00PM ALL WEEK

Coldharbour Lane, north-eastbound with-flow lane, between a point 9 metres north east of the north eastern kerbline of Hesa Road and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 261 and 263 Coldharbour Lane.

Uxbridge Road, Hayes,

Between a point 30.0 metres southeast of the southeastern kerbline of Delamere and the boundary with the London Borough of Ealing

BUS LANE TO REMAIN OPERATIONAL 7.00 AM TO 10.00AM AND 4.00PM TO 7.00PM ALL WEEK

Uxbridge Road, Hayes(main carriageway eastbound)

From a point in line with the common boundary of Nos.232 and 234 Uxbridge Road, Hayes southeastwards to a point 4.0 metres northwest of the southeastern flank wall of No.184 Uxbridge Road, Hayes.

From a point 2.5 metres northwest of the common boundary of Nos.124/126 and 128/130 Uxbridge Road, Hayes to a point 17.5 metres northwest of the northwestern kerbline of Delamere Road.
