Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 and section 36(2) of the Partnerships Act 1890, that pursuant to an assignment of 19 January 2010, Kazyna Capital Management Joint Stock Company, has transferred the entirety of its interest held by at as Limited Partner in Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund L.P., a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP013028 to Nurzhol Energy LLP, in its capacity as General Partner of MRIF CASP C.V. and that with effect from 19 January 2010 Kazyna Capital Management Joint Stock Company has retired from Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund L.P. and ceased to be Limited Partner therein.
