On 14 January 2010 Lyndon Building & Maintenance Ltd was placed into Insolvent Liquidation.

We, Keith Richard Herbert and Hilary Herbert, of 18 South Dale, Penketh, Warrington WA5 2AD, were both a Director of Lyndon Building & Maintenance Ltd during the last 12 months ending with the day before the date of Liquidation. Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, we give notice that its our intention to act in one or more ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, in connection with, or for the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the name Lyndon Propertycare Ltd.
