Notice is hereby given by Patricia Angela Marsh and Clive Robert Hammond of Marsh Hammond & Partners LLP, Peek House, 20 Eastcheap, London EC3M 1EB that a Meeting of Creditors of Transco U.K. Limited is to be held at Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP, One America Square, Croswall, London EC3N 2SG on 16 December 2009 at 11.00 am .

The meeting is an initial creditors’ meeting under Legislation section: paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 (“the schedule”)

A proxy form is available which should be completed and returned to me by the date of the meeting if you cannot attend and wish to be represented.
