Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purposes of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Singla & Company, 4th Floor, 12 Devereux Court, Strand, London WC2R 3JL, on Tuesday 15 December 2009, at 10.30 am. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. To be entitled to vote at the Meeting, the completed Proxy form, together with a completed proof of debt form if not already lodged, must be lodged with the Liquidator at Singla & Company, 4th Floor, 12 Devereux Court, Strand, London WC2R 3JL, no later than 12.00 noon on Monday 14 December 2009.
