Transfer of Interest in The TransEuropean Property Limited partnership

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 12 August 2009, Pensionskasse der UBS, withdrew as a limited partner in The TransEuropean Property Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) a limited partnership registered in England with number LP004181, and transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to SIHL Investment Foundation for Alternative Investments (“SIHL”), a foundation registered in Switzerland with its registered office at Stauffacherquai 46, 8004 Zürich.
