Jamie Greenwood and Trevor Howells hereby give notice to all Creditors that they were Directors and/or involved in the management of Regroup NJL Limited (formerly Newcastle Joinery Limited) on the day it went into liquidation and they intend to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 would apply in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying out of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Regroup NJL Limited (formerly Newcastle Joinery Limited) through Furniture Ventures Limited (formerly Newcastle Joinery Sales Limited).
