Notice is hereby given, that the Final Meeting of Creditors of Rush & Tompkins Ltd will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU, on 10 October 2008, at 11.00 am, to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU, by no later than 12.00 noon on 9 October 2008.
