TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING hereby gives notice that on 21st June 2007 they have made an Order entitled “the London Borough of Ealing (Stopping Up of Highways) (No.1) Order 2007” under section 247 of the above act to authorise the stopping up of parts of The Mount W3 immediately adjacent to Barclays Bank No. 186 High Street W3.
THE ORDER AS MADE, will authorise the stopping up only to enable the development described in the schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted to Stride Treglown as agents for the Barclays Bank Group by the London Borough of Ealing on 12th July 2004 under reference P/2004/2047 – KAF/TPNE
COPIES OF THE ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED at all reasonable hours at the offices of Mouchel Parkman, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST and may be obtained free of charge from Mouchel Parkman (quoting reference P/2004/2047) at that address.
Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or of any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the 22nd June 2007 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
