Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors will be held at the offices of Sale Smith & Co. Limited, Carmella House, 3 & 4 Grove Terrace, Walsall, West Midlands, on Monday 9 July 2007, at 2.00 pm and 2.30 pm respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up for the period of her administration from 22 May 2003 to 9 July 2007 and of hearing any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at the address below no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 6 July 2007.
