A Statute made by the Governing Body of Emmanuel College in the University of Cambridge, amending Statutes LI, LII and LVIII, has been submitted for the approval of Her Majesty in Council, and notice of its having been submitted is published in accordance with the provisions of the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge Act 1923. The amendment allows for the possible future adoption by the College of a total returns investment policy.
