NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

1. In this notice the following shall apply:

Company Name: A.M.C. INVESTMENTS (LINCOLN) LIMITED.
Company Number: 1413850.
Title: Freehold.
Title Number: LL39996.
Conveyance: Conveyance dated 6 February 1986, and made between The Lincoln Co-operative Society Limited (1) and AMC Investments (Lincoln) Limited (2).
Property: The property situated at land to the west of Pennytoft Lane, Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, as the same is the land comprised in the above-mentioned Title and Conveyance.
Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of One Kemble Street, London WC2B 4TS (DX123240 Kingsway).

2. In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the Company vested when the Company was dissolved), hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any), in the property, the vesting of the property having come to her notice on 23 February 2005.
