(formerly Witton Group Limited) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Kroll, Aspect Court, 4 Temple Row, Birmingham B2 5HG, on 31 May 2005, at 10.30 am, for the purposes of receiving a report and account by the Joint Liquidators’ showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the liquidation. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meeting: to accept the Joint Liquidators’ final report and account, and to approve the Joint Liquidators’ release from office. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
