Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 2.95 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (Amendment), that the Joint Administrators of Doncaster Racecourse Limited intend to make an Interim Distribution to preferential and unsecured Creditors within two months of the final date of proving, being 3 June 2005. Creditors should forward to the undersigned, G E Blackburn, of BWC Business Solutions, 8 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2RU, details of their claim before the final date of proving by sending written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary. Any Creditor who has not proved his or her debt before the declaration of any Dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that Dividend or any other Dividend before his debt was proved.
