A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of approval of Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account, approval of Liquidator’s release and authorisation to dispose Company books and records 18 months after Resolution. The Meeting will be held at Acre House, 11-15 William Road, London NW1 3ER, on 10 May 2005, at 10.15 am.
