THE BROMLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT NO 16) ORDER 2005

(VARIOUS LOCATIONS)

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 21 March 2005 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991, which will come into operation on 28 March 2005. The effect of the Order would be to introduce waiting restrictions as spcecified in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. Bramerton Road, Beckenham, both sides, from the south-eastern kerbline of Croydon Road south-eastwards for a distance of 10 metres.
