At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Hostaphan UK Limited, duly convened, and held
at Chatton House, 165 Park Road, Teddington, Middlesex TW11 0BP, on 10 February 2005,
the subjoined Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution
respectively:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Michael Davis and Timothy
John Edward Dolder, of Begbies Traynor, 32 Cornhill, London EC3V 3LJ, be and they
are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.”
