In the Leeds County Court  No 186 of 1994 DUNCAN GREEN Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend payable to the unsecured Creditors who have proved in the bankruptcy proceedings. I hereby invite all Creditors (who have not already done so) to prove their debts and, pursuant to Rule 11.2(2) of the said rules, would advise that proofs of debt may be lodged with me, at Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR, up to 28 February 2005 (the last day for proving).
