(the “Partnership”) Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Springer Asset Management (a Cayman Islands Exempted Company with Limited Liability) has withdrawn as a Limited Partner in the Partnership (being a Limited Partnership registered in England with No 009339), and transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to KF-UK Limited Partnership acting by its General Partner KF-UK Holdings Limited. European Property Investors (General Partner) L.P. acting through its General Partner, LP, General Partner Limited.
