Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh SO53 3TZ, on 8 December 2004, at 10.30 am (Members) and 10.45 am (Creditors), and a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors will be held at the same address on 5 January 2005, at 10.30 am (Members) and 10.45 am (Creditors), for the purpose of showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted.
