In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 6235 of 2004 In the Matter of 1 CALL MAINTENANCE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Suite 35294, 72 New Bond Street, London W1S 1RR, (registered office) presented on 11 October 2004 by Yell Limited, Queens Walk, Oxford Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 7PT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard by the High Court sitting at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 17 November 2004, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 16 November 2004. A copy of the Petition will be supplied by the undersigned on payment of the prescribed charge.
