THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC INTEREST GROUPING REGULATIONS 1989
Notice is hereby given pursuant to regulation 15(1)(a) of the European Interest Grouping Regulations 1989 that the following European Economic Interest Grouping, whose official address is in Great Britain, has been formed. Name of Grouping: SGDB-PRISM EEIG. Registration Number of Grouping: GE205. Date of Registration of Grouping: 8 September 2004. Place of Registration of Grouping: Cardiff—United Kingdom. Official Address of Grouping: Aldwych House, 81 Aldwych, London WC2 4HQ. Objects for which the Grouping is formed: (a) to promote a common presentation and procurement strategy at the multinational level in relation to the main suppliers of each member (the “Main Suppliers”); (b) to refer (accordingly to market analysis and to the needs of the Members) the Main Suppliers within the Grouping; (c) to negotiate the conditions for a trading relationship with those Main Suppliers at a European level, whilst maintaining its Members’ structural independence and reserving their individual business culture; (d) to negotiate and manage certain financial functions in transactions with Main Suppliers; (e) to carry out any operation or transaction necessary to effect or facilitate the foregoing:
