A Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 147 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s final report of the liquidation, approving the Liquidator’s remuneration, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. This Meeting will be held at The Studio, 231 Stourbridge Road, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY10 2XB, on Tuesday 21 September 2004, at 11.00 am. Forms of proxy must be lodged with me no later than Monday 20 September 2004, at 12.00 noon, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt from if you have not already lodged one).
