Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 31 August 2004, to send in their full names and addresses and descriptions, and full particulars of their claims, to the undersigned, Matthew Richard Meadley Wild, of Baker Tilly, The Clock House, 140 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1UW, the Liquidator of the Company, in default of which they will be excluded from participation in any distribution made before such debts are proved.
