A Meeting of the Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report on the administration of the estate, and deciding whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Baker Tilly, The Clock House, 140 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1UW, on 25 August 2004, at 10.30 am.
