In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 4009 of 2004 In the Matter of ALL DONE N DUSTED (The Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up All Done N Dusted, a Partnership whose principal place of business is Stoneygate, Wylam Wood Road, Wylam, Northumberland NE41 8JR, presented on 21 June 2004 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Civil Recovery Unit, HM Customs and Excise, 3NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at Room 2.09, Companies Court, Thomas More Building, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 4 August 2004, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
